I think having a quiet room or a place to go to where you can take time to relax, debrief, and let your thoughts and nerves settle down is so important! If you’re the type of person who works from home, then getting out for a quick drive or walk in the park is super helpful as well. It really great to just get a change of environment to make you feel refreshed!
