We are only a few days into the new year and by this time I am sure some people have already given up on their new year’s resolution. When it comes to setting rules for ourselves, it can be very difficult to follow through sometimes. But that shouldn’t be the case. Here are 30 things you can start practising today to help improve your life.

Take good care of your body:

Brushing and bathing twice daily is also important here. Your body needs to be taken good care of so that you don’t get sick often. Eat right and avoid taking meals during the night so that digestion can take place to release nutrients into the body.

When you don’t love and accept yourself the way you are, no one will do. Overcome your fears and face the world.

When you plan ahead of your tasks, it helps you to be organized and straight in your head because you know what you are about.

Stay focused:

After stating your goals and ambitions, learn to focus. We are all different people, we don’t have the same purpose to fulfil on earth neither do we have the same goals and ambitions to accomplish. Focus on yours and achieve them.
